GFE City and State Tax Template |
Save tax information from the template and recalculate automatically when the Loan amount or purchase price changes. |
TIL Auto-calculation |
Navigating to the TIL page automatically calculates TIL figures. |
TIL Amortization Schedule |
View the entire payment schedule in detail. |
Copy Present Address to Subject Property |
From the “Subject Property Details” page, “Copy Present Address” link will populate the subject property address without retyping. |
GFE Saving APR |
Checking APR on GFE can be saved without any value input. This is beneficial for using the Deal Templates so that LOs don’t have to worry about what an APR item costs. |
Lock Rate Notification |
Users will be notified a day before a rate lock is about to expire. |

Owners or Administrators can restrict users from deleting deals from the pipeline. |
Conversation Log Notification |
Loan Officer and Loan Processor will receive an email notification when a conversation note has been recorded to stay abreast of the deal. |
Pipeline Closing Report |
View and modify deals that have an estimated close date for the current month. |
Deal Header Enhancements |
View and modify from the Deal Header the estimated close date, upfront fees, yield spread, and view cash to/from borrower. |
Company Document Vault |
Ability to upload company related documents for all users to view, email, fax, and link to deals. |
Quick Application |
Enter name, address, and social security number to allow for ability to pull credit quickly. |
Default Dates |
Once credit is pulled, the Preparation Date will be populated, which will set the Estimated Close Date 30 days from the preparation date. The First Payment date will populate the subsequent 1st of the month that falls over 30 days from closing. |

Insert Contact Information |
When you send faxes or emails from your Deal Center or Document Vault, or when you are entering Provider Relationships, your contact list is available to directly import contact information. |
Loan Officer Notifications |
Notifications have been added that alert the Loan Officer when any changes are made, in the Processing stage, to data that affects the loan ratios. In addition, any Conversation Note recorded will also notify the loan officer. |
Deal Center |
Deal Center has been enhanced to allow for editing Lead Source. |
